1.The flow meter should hang down and install,the centre line of the flow meter and contained angle of the plumb line do not 

exceed 5°,must guarantee in the upper reaches of the flow meter nominal open entry directly of five times is in charge of 

section directly , low reaches guarantee 250mm export in charge of piece direct.

2.If contain the solid impurity in the medium,should install the filter additional in the upper reaches of the flow meter;

3.If contain the iron magnetized material in the medium,should install the magnetism filter in the upper reaches of the 

flow meter 

4.Open pipeline by in order to maintain and wash and not influence producing,advising installing.

5.In order to prevent the flow meter caused by pipeline from being out of shape,it must be coaxial and parallel each 

other with the instrument to install the flange,and proper the twelve Earthly Branches propup pipeline in order to prevent 

pipeline vibration from and reduce axial load of flow meter,control the valve and should be installed in the low reaches 

of the flow meter in the measuring system.

6.When being used for measuring the gas,should guarantee the pressure not smaller than 5 times of flow meters 

in pressure of the pipeline is lost,so that the float works steadily.
